Rental Process:

The rental process with Russell Property Management (RPM) requires a prospective tenant fill out a Rental Application and send that along with a non-refundable credit application fee of $40.00. This fee is Non-Refundable. If you are a student and do not meet the income requirements, we do accept co-signers.  Co-signers will be required to complete an application and pay the same application fee.  Co-signers will be listed as tenants on the lease.  Please see applicable forms below.

Move-in Process:

Once you pick up your keys, please complete the Tenant Property Condition Inspection Checklist and return to RPM asap.  This form documents any issues you have with the rental and any items that need to be addressed.

  • Pet friendly at some units. See specific address for pet options. Pet fee per pet required if pet is accepted.
